Another thought. When I was a boy, an apprentice, I had about 8 craftsmen that oversaw my work. There was an older apprentice or two too, but they were more at the tail end of their time. Anyway, 8 craftsmen can deploy and train an apprentice easily without affecting their work too much. I have done the same over the past years with my own work and that works well really.
