The last You Tube on the box is done and I forgot to mention it. Many woodworkers don’t know how to recess hinges without a router, but hand tools do it more accurately and a lot quicker. The patterns are the same for almost all hinge setting, regardless of whether it’s a door or a lid, recessed or surface mounted as in the case of the box here.
