  1. Hi Paul
I have watched your videos regularly for the last few years, some videos multiple times, and my skills have improved so much that it is hard to believe, thanks to you.
Congratulations on reaching the 450,000 mark and I firmly believe that 500,000 isn’t that far away.

  2. The biggest give away that you have offered us, is your expertise and time. We as woodworkers are the richer for it. And, for you to offer some of your valued tools to us is a major addition. Thank you for your videos!!!

  3. Hello Paul,

Your teachings and enthusiasm for the subject have given me a whole new acceptance on retirement. After 53 years as a chef I was struggling to accept the end of my time making things by hand and using craft skills.
Following your guidance I have equipped a garage with the necessary hand tools and work bench (home made) to enjoy the new challenges you set.
I agree with the majority. The tools should go to a deserving person who does not have the facility to afford them.
Many thanks for all your help.

  4. Brilliant. Well done Paul for inspiring so many with your enthusiasm and fine woodworking methodology. Keep coming up with those great design ideas. I am hoping my home schooled pupils will make some of your poor man’s tools as a starter for their own tool kits.
    Amazing. Thanks so much.

  5. Very generous.

Missing one key item: The Paul Sellers Tool Oiler

While I am hopeful this tool set finds itself a worthwhile home, I hope I am not alone in thinking that a ‘Tool Oiler’ giveaway would be priceless.

Just a thought for future consideration.

  6. Congratulations Paul, thanks for all your tips and for passing on great skills, also for keeping things simple, thanks again and may your success continue

  7. Congrats on reaching the 450,000 mark. I am quite sure it probably wasn’t as hard as you might have thought. People love your teachings and find your life very interesting. I know that I do. You have taught me a lot in the last 2-3 years.

  8. Great news. When I first read this, I thought you meant 450,000 memberships. But after calculating that you would be bringing in 6-3/4 million dollars a month, I realized that you must be talking about YouTube subscribers. 😬

  9. Now on to 500,000 subscribers! Anybody taking bets on how long it’ll take to get there? Three months? Anyone else?

  10. Fantastic as ever Paul. After seeing this giveaway I was hoping if you would be so kind as to use a teensy weensy bit of your ever growing influence in the hand tool and woodoworking world to help myeslf and team of friends out. We set up a FB group a few months ago and it’s grown really well. We’re almost at the stage where we can start to use it for its original purpose. It primarily focussed on getting hand tools into the hands of woodworkers for reasonable prices but ultimately we want to be able to put starter tool kits together to be donated to Army Veterans in the US and UK…I’m a Scouser and serve so I’m really invested in finding ways to take the mind of veterans off their past experiences and given that literally every one of them I chat with gets sent the way of ‘Paul Sellars – Youtube It would be wonderful if you could possibly give our group a quick mention. No problem if that’s too much to ask. Thanks for everything you do, the care you take and the information you impart.
