  9. Happy Christmas to all. Let’s not forget the origin of this season, when a humble handtool woodworker and a brave teenage girl had a baby surrounded by animals in a dirty barn in the middle East.
This baby started life as an woodworker, before revealing himself as God in human form, dying on a cross and giving us complete forgiveness.

First thing I will do when I get to heaven is ask God about his dovetails!

    Happy Christmas all !

  10. Merry Christmas paul, family and crew. I’m very thankful to have come across your amazing site. I have been working in construction since i was 14 but have always wanted to learn real hands on woodworking but never seemed to have a starting point. I’m now building my workbench and can’t wait to sign up for your premium classes. I’m 52 and recently been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and i find this work really helps with my wrists. You are an amazing woodworker and teacher. I only wish i could meet you in person and maybe take a week build a project side by side. But the videos are the next best thing. Thank you so much for sharing you knowledge and skills.

  14. Happy Christmas, Paul. Thank you for all the help with working wood. I just finished sharpening my 1911-ish Stanley #3 plane iron free-hand for the first time according to the process in one of your videos. Worked perfectly and was faster than using a sharpening jig. Now, onto the chisels!

  18. Paul, 30 years ago I bought hand tools but didn’t know how to use them so they gathered dust as I used my wood working machines. After learning from you my hand tools are used everyday and my machines gather dust. You changed my woodworking life. Thank you so very much. Merry Christmas to you and yours from El Dorado Kansas

  19. Very, very, well done Paul. You are a blessing to us all. At 72 I’ve been working wood for 50 years and yet learning so much from you and passing it on to ‘Skillway’ students and lads in a slum workshop in Uganda.
Have a great 2020 making shavings.
    Much blessing
    Trevor

  20. Happy Merry Christmas to you Paul, and your outstanding crew!

Can’t imagine you throwing any tools or wood into the air in exasperation!
But then, I can imagine you doing so as you magically cut, plane, drill, and assemble!
Thank you for being a wonderful teacher ( and George too).

  21. Joyeux Noel Paul. Merci pour ces vidéos passionnantes.

Merry Christmass Paul. Thanks for your greats videos.
